Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transactional leadership, organizational communication, and distributive juctice towards employee performance at PT. Gelora Persada Autospot. This study was conducted on all 33 employees at PT. Gelora Persada Autospot using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The questionnaire data collection technique using Likert scale. Therefore, analysis method that was used is statistic analytical in the form of structural equation modelling (SEM) PLS test. The results of this study showed that Transactional Leadership does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Distributive Justice has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Keadilan Distributif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Gelora Persada Autospot. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh karyawan PT. Gelora Persada Autospot yang berjumlah 33 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Untuk itu, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transaksional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Keadilan Distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
