Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style and work stress on turnover inention at CV. Kurnia Lestari The object of this research is a member of the researcher. The study population was 48 employees who took this sample using saturated samples. The sampling method uses questionnaires and data analysis methods using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS). The results prove that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership Style and Work Stress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimipinan dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada CV. Kurnia Lestari Objek penelitian ini adalah anggota peneliti. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 48 karyawan yang mengambil sampel ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada turnover intention. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Stres Kerja.
