Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of leadership, organizational commitment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction variables at PT Pahala Samudera Fishery Industries Jakarta. The Object this research are employees at PT. Pahala Samudera Fishery Industries Jakarta by taking 40 samples using quantitative-descriptive. Data were analyzed by using Structural Positive and Equation Model (SEM) application of Partial Least Square (smartPLS 3.0) to test all relationships between leadership, organizational commitment dan work motivation variables on job satisfaction variables. The results of this study indicate that leadership, organizational commitment and work motivation has a positive and significant relationship to job satisfaction. Keyword : Leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja pada PT Pahala Samudera Fishery Industries Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Karyawan PT Pahala Samudera Fishery Industries Jakarta dengan mengambil 40 sampel menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data analisis dengan meggunakan aplikasi Structural Positive and Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (smartPLS 3.0) untuk menguji semua hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan,-komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja.
