Abstract
The main objective of this research is to study work motivation, organizational commitment and emotional intelligence at UPT PKIA RSCM Kiara Jakarta by using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in this study were obtained from 93 respondents who were UPT PKIA RSCM Kiara Jakarta employees. Data analysis in this study uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least square (PLS). The first step in this study was to test the validity of each question raised with its reliability. The second stage proves the relationship between work motivation, organizational commitment and emotional intelligence on the behavior of organizational citizens. The results of this study stated that the variables of work motivation, organizational commitment and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Tujuanutamadaripenelitianiniadalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhmotivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kecerdasan emosionalpada pegawai UPT PKIA RSCM Kiara Jakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatandeskriptifkuantitatif.Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 93responden yang merupakan pegawai UPT PKIA RSCM Kiara Jakarta.Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternative dari Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS).Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya.Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi dankecerdasan emosionalterhadaporganizational citizenship behaviour.Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwavariabelmotivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kecerdasan emosionalberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviourpegawai UPT PKIA RSCM Kiara.
