Abstract

research is to know the influence of transactional leadership, job stress, internal conflict on the employee performance at PT. Birotika Semesta/DHL Express Indonesia. The object of this research is the employees who work on the PT. Birotika Semesta/DHL Express Indonesia. This research was conducted on 35 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the influence of transactional leadership, job stress, internal conflict on the employee performance at PT. Birotika Semesta/DHL Express Indonesia.This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test result of this research stated that there is influence simultaneously between of transactional leadership variable, job stress on internal conflict on the employee performance at PT. Birotika Semesta/DHL Express Indonesia.. And there is one variable which don’t show a significant of Job Satisfication internal conflict on the Performance of Employees. Keywords: Transactional leadership, Job Stress, Internal Conflict and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional,Stres Kerja, Konflik Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Birotika Semesta/DHL Express Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah pada karyawan PT Birotika Semesta/DHL Expres Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 35 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional,Stres Kerja, Konflik Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Birotika Semesta/DHL EXPRESS INDONESIA. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari 3 variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa yaitu Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Stres Kerja, Konflik Internal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Birotika Semesta/DHL EXPRESS INDONESIA, dan terdapat 1 variabel bebas yang tidak menunjukan nilai signifikan yaitu konflik internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Stres Kerja, Konflik Internal, Kinerja Karyawan.
