Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of compensation, communication and training to employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) Desk Collection section branch Tebet, South Jakarta. This research was done to 65 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of compensation, communication and training influence the employee performance in PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) Desk Collection section branch Tebet, South Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test F (Test F) and partial the results (Test t) also shows significant value of three independent variables that supports the hipothesys. Therefore, the result of this research test stated that there is influence simultaneously between compensation variable, communication and training influence to employee performance in PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Krediplus) Desk Collection section branch Tebet, South Jakarta. Keywords : compensation, communication, training, employee performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi, dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) bagian Desk Collection cabang Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 65 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel kompensasi, komunikasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) bagian Desk Collection cabang Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan F (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kompensasi, komunikasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit plus) bagian Desk Collection cabang Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Kata Kunci : kompensasi, komunikasi, pelatihan, kinerja kinerja karyawan.
