Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of situational leadership and intrinsic motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank X in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research using regression techniques and the technique of collecting samples by distributing questionnaires used is purposive sampling using a standard error of 5% of the samples collected 105 questionnaires. Data analysis was used test with SPSS Version 25 Software. The results showed partially that situational leadership had a positive and significant effect on work performance obtained by the value of R Square (R2) of 0.595 then intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on work performance obtained by R Square (R2 ) of 0.310. while simultaneously, the two independent variables of situational leadership and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on work performance in employees of PT. Bank X in Jakarta, the value of R Square generated in this study is 0.633. Keywords: situational leadership, intrinsic motivation, work achievment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada PT. Bank X di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknis regresi dan teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling menggunakan error standard sebesar 5% sampel yang terkumpul 105 angket. Analisis data digunakan uji dengan Software SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial bahwa kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja diperoleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,595 selanjutnya motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja diperoleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,310. sedangkan secara simultan, kedua variabel bebas kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai PT. Bank X di Jakarta, nilai R Square yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0,633. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi intrinsik, prestasi kerja
