Abstract

This thesis aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. The data were obtained through survey by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees of Kapuk Urban Village Office, West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is the sample saturated while the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression method. The results of this hypothesis testing shows organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance Kapuk Kelurahan office is not satisfactory job satisfaction significantly to employee performance Kapuk Kelurahan Office. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data diperoleh melalui survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 karyawan Kantor Kelurahan Kapuk, Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ini menunjukan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Kelurahan Kapuk sedang kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Kelurahan Kapuk. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
