Abstract
This research is to find out on the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention of Employees at Firman Azis & Partners Public Appraisal Services Office in Bintaro Business Center, South Jakarta. The object of this research is employees who work at Firman Azis & Partners Public Appraisal Services Office. This study uses causal design using a quantitative approach. The population of 130 and the sample were 65 respondents using a non-probability purposive technique. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study show that the results are partially and simultaneously simultaneous job satisfaction variables have a positive effect but not as significant as Turnover Intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention at the Firman Azis & Partnerts Public Assessment Services Office. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test (Test F) and the results of the partial test (T Test) also showing the significant value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pada Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan di Kantor Jasa Penilaian Publik Firman Azis & Rekan di Bintaro Business Centre Jakarta Selatan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Jasa Penilaian Publik Firman Azis & Rekan. Penelitian ini mengunakan desain kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi 130 dan sampel dilakukan 65 responden dengan mengunakan metode non probability teknik purposive. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahaa secara parsial dan simultan variabel kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak seignifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pasda Kantor Jasa Penilaian Publik Firman AZIS & Rekan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji T) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Turnover Intention
