Abstract
The goal of this research was to look at the Transformational Leadership effect, Perceived Organizational Support, and Workload on Turnover Intention in one of sharia banking in Jakarta. Samples of the study were employees who worked at one of sharia banking in Jakarta. Sampling was conducted using nonprobability techniques, which is purposive sampling with the Slovin formula of 101 people. This study was conducted quantitatively, and multiple linear regression analysis was used as a method in this study. The results of the study showed that transformational leadership, perceived organizational support and workload variables have a significant effect on turnover intention. The result of the study also showed that what affects turnover intention the most is workload. It was can be seen from the simultaneous test and partial test which showed the significance of the three independent variables that supported the hypothesis. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, Workload and Turnover Intention Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Perceived Organizational Support dan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada salah satu perusahaan perbankan syariah di Jakarta. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada salah satu perusahaan perbankan syariah di Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability yaitu purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin sebesar 101 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, perceived organizational support dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa yang paling mempengaruhi turnover intention adalah beban kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa.
