Abstract

Drop Voltage in the electrical distribution system affects the quality of customer service, especially received voltage power. If the drop voltage is not suitable with the standard (SPLN Num.1:1995), it can decrease the quality of the voltage and cause power loss. In order to keep the quality of service and reduce the impact of power losses, improvements to the conductor of the power network are carried out to reduce drop voltage. Analysis of Conductor Repair can be done in two ways, namely Simulation and Manual Calculation. Simulations performed using the method of Load Flow Analisys on the application ETAP 16.0. Simulations uses data and measurement techniques to get the quality of service according to the standard voltage and reduce the impact of drop voltage. Simulations conducted repairs on aspects of electrical distribution system with the size of the uprating conductor cross section. The calculation is done by using existing voltage drop formulas. Based on the simulation results on the distribution substation GD KRDB using the above method, the voltage electric power customer service has increased by 22 volts for first majors with uprating conductor 120 mm2 and the value of the voltage drop which accounted for 6% and amounted to 14 volts for majors 2 with conductor uprating 120 mm2 with the voltage drop value accounted for 4% according to the standard (SPLN Num.1:1995) Keywords : Drop Voltage, Conductor Uprating, ETAP (Electrical Transient and Analysis Program) 16.0 Jatuh tegangan pada jaringan tenaga listrik berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tegangan pelayanan yang diterima pelanggan tenaga listrik. Apabila jatuh tegangan tidak sesuai dengan standar (SPLN No.1 Tahun 1995) maka dapat memperburuk kualitas tegangan pelayanan dan menimbulkan rugi-rugi daya. Untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan dan mengurangi dampak rugi- rugi daya, maka dilakukan perbaikan penghantar jaringan tenaga guna mengurangi jatuh tegangan. Analisa Perbaikan Penampang Penghantar dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu Simulasi dan Perhitungan Manual. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metoda Load Flow Analisys pada aplikasi ETAP (Electric Transient and Analysis Program) 16.0. Simulasi dijalankan dengan menggunakan data-data teknik dan pengukuran untuk mendapatkan hasil kualitas tegangan pelayanan sesuai standar dan mengurangi dampak jatuh tegangan. Simulasi perbaikan dilakukan terhadap aspek kelistrikan yaitu dengan uprating ukuran penampang penghantar. Sedangkan perhitungan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus jatuh tegangan yang sudah ada. Dari hasil simulasi pada gardu distribusi KRDB dengan menggunakan metode diatas, didapatkanlah tegangan pelayanan pelanggan tenaga listrik mengalami peningkatan sebesar 22 volt untuk jurusan 1 dengan uprating penghantar 120 mm2 dan nilai drop tegangan yang terhitung sebesar 6 %. Serta sebesar 14 volt untuk jurusan 2 dengan uprating penghantar 120 mm2 dengan nilai jatuh tegangan yang terhitung sebesar 4% sesuai dengan standar (SPLN No.1 Tahun 1995).
