Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of servant leadership and emotional intelligence to teacher’s work productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were 40 teachers of SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 40 Teachers. The sampling method used in conducting this research study is nonprobability sampling in this study, researchers used saturated sampling. The analytical method used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) analysis tools. This research showed that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s work productivity. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s work productivity. Keywords: Servant leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Teacher’s Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 Guru SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini sebanyak 40 guru. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Kata Kunci: Servant leadership, Kecerdasan Emosional, Produktivitas Kerja Guru
