Abstract
This study conducts research on the influence of Career Floating, Transformational Leadership, Job Stress on Work Performance of employees at PT PELINDO II Sunda Kelapa branch operational and techanical divisions. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. By using three independent variables namely Career Development, Transformational Leadership, Job Stress and one dependent variable namely Job Performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development (X1), Transformational Leadership (X2), and Job Stress (X3) on Job Performance (Y).The results of this study indicate thet Career Development and Job Stress variables together do not have a positive and significant influence on Job Performance. Whereas Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Job Performance. Keywords : Career Development, Transformational Leadership, Job Stress and Job Perfomance Studi ini melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh Pengambangan Karir, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Stres Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan pada PT PELINDO II cabang sunda kelapa divisi operasional dan tehnik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan tiga variabel independen yaitu Pengembangan Karir, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Stres Kerja dan satu variabel dependen yaitu Prestasi Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan Karir (X1), Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X2), dan Stres Kerja (X3) terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel Pengembangan Karir dan Stres Kerja bersama-sama tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Sedangkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Stres Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja
