Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The object of this research is employees working in PT Induro International. The population of this research is 223 employees working in PT Induro International. The sample used is 70 employees working of PT Induro Internastional.calculated based on slovin formula. The sampling method uses simple random sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). the study proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment has negative and no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Keywords: work motivation, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), PT Induro International Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerjan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Induro Internasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 223 karyawan PT Induro Internasional. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 70 karyawan PT Induro Internasional, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Simpel Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Komitmen organisasional negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB) pada PT Induro Internasional. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), PT Induro Internasional.
