Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the discipline of work and work motivation can affect an employee in running cultural orgnasasi that has been run by PT. Bank BCA Syariah yatu culture Kaizen. This type of research includes the type of quantitative research, with questionnaires as a means of data collection with a sample of 55 respondents, the sampling method is non-probability sampling and the sample technique used is saturated samples. Analytical technique using analysis multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis found work discipline positive effect on kaizen culture and work motivation pssitive effect on kaizen culture of PT. Bank BCA Syariah KC Sunte.. Keywords: Work discipline, Work motivation, kaizen culture. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah kedisiplinan kerja dan motivasi kerja dapat mempengaruhi seorang karyawan dalam menjalan budaya orgnasasi yang telah dijalankan oleh PT. Bank BCA Syariah yatu budaya Kaizen. Tipe penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan sample sebesar 55 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu non-probability sampling dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sample jenuh.Teknik analisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data ditemukan kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya kaizen dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya kaizenPT. Bank BCA Syariah KC Sunter. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Motivasi kerja, Budaya kaizen.
