Abstract

Each organization must have a culture of the organization. The culture of the organization contains the values that determine the attitude of stakeholders especially internal stakeholders. So stakeholders know what is contained in the culture of the organization of the company, required information spread through communication program using media. One of them is with the pocket book as internal media. Pocket books is a guide book has been simplified but still contains information related. This research done to know how big the influence of communication program culture organization University of Mercu Buana against the attitude of students. This research using some of the theory is the theory of the organization communication that consists of the attitude. Communication program that consists of a message, media and effective communicators. The culture of the organization, Public Relations and the public. This research uses quantitative approach with eksplanatif types. The method used is the survey by distributing questionnaire. The technique of the withdrawal of the sample and the total population of as much as 96 used in this research is purposive sampling where the sample is determined by the specific considerations that are seen can provide maximum data. The results of this research is to obtain the conclusion that the existence of the influence of communication program communication program culture organization against the attitude of students with a score 43,9%, this means that the better communication program of intense and culture of the organization is done by the University of Mercu Buana will be more formed nor the attitude of the students. Key Words : Communication Program, Culture Organization, Attitudes Students Setiap organisasi pasti memiliki Budaya Organisasi, Budaya organisasi mengandung nilai – nilai yang menentukan sikap stakeholder khususnya stakeholder internal. Agar stakeholder mengetahui apa yang terkadung dalam budaya organisasi perusahaan, diperlukan penyebaran informasi melalui program komunikasi dengan menggunakan media. Salah satunya adalah dengan buku saku sebagai media internal. Buku saku adalah buku panduan yang sudah disederhanakan namun tetap memuat informasi yang terkait. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh program komunikasi budaya organisasi universitas mercu buana terhadap sikap mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teori, yaitu teori tentang komunikasi organisasi yang terdiri dari sikap. Program komunikasi yang terdiri dari pesan, media, dan komunikator. Budaya organisasi, Public Relations, dan Publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe eksplanatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan membagikan kuesioner. Teknik penarikan sampel dan total populasi sebanyak 96 yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling dimana sampel ditentukan dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang dipandang dapat memberikan data secara maksimal. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa adanya pengaruh program komunikasi program komunikasi budaya organisasi terhadap sikap Mahasiswa dengan skor 43,9%, artinya semakin bagus dan intens program komunikasi budaya organisasi yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Mercu Buana maka akan semakin terbentuk pula sikap mahasiswa.
