Abstract
This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on turnover intention at PT Commeasure Solutions Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population of all employees at the Jakarta head office using probability sampling techniques is known that the sample studied was 120 employees selected based on the proportionate stratified random sampling method by determining the number of samples using the slovin formula.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the value of Adjusted R Square is 59.6%, which is explained by job satisfaction and work environment variables, those independent variables partially and simultaneously have a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention, meaning that if the work satisfaction and work environment variables increase, then the value of turnover intention will decrease. Keywords: job satisfaction, work environment, turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh kepusan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention di PT Commeasure Solutions Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi pada semua karyawan dikantor pusat Jakarta dengan menggunakan teknik sampel probability sampling diketahui sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 120 karyawan yang dipilih berdasarkan metode proportionate stratified random sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square yaitu 59.6% yang di jelaskan oleh variabel kepusan kerja dan lingkungan kerja, kemudian variabel bebas secara parsial dan simultan mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan artinya bahwa jika variabel kepusan kerja dan lingkungan kerja meningkat maka nilai turnover intention akan mengalami penurunan.
