Abstract
Employee performance is work performance or work results in quality, quantity and timeliness achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the tasks assigned to employees. The importance of performance achieved by employees makes researchers able to know the variables that affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of statistical tests on the variables examined in this study indicate that the variables of employee motivation, organizational culture and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on performance. Keywords : work motivation, organizational culture, employee performance Kinerja Karyawan adalah prestasi kerja atau hasil kerja secara kualitas, kuantitas dan ketepatan waktu yang dicapai oleh karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Pentingnya kinerja yang dicapai oleh karyawan, membuat peneliti dapat mengetahui variabel – variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda serta uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian statistik pada variabel – variabel yang diteliti dalam peneletian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi karyawan, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
