Abstract

This research aims to know the influence ofthe style of leadership, motivation and career development to turnover intention in PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio. The object for this research is employee at PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio. This research was done to 95 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus data analysis which hisuse dis statistic analysis in the formof double linear regressiontest. There sultof this research showst hate it hersimultane ously or partially, the variable of the style of leadership, motivation and career development to turnover intention in PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio. It has been provenfromt heresult of (f) simoultant testandt here sultof (t) partial shows sign ificant point of three inde pendent variables that supports hipothesys. There fore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence of the style of leadership, motivation and career development to turnover intention in PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio. Keywords: the style of leadership, motivation, career development, turnover intention,PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 95 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intentionPT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio.. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, pengembangan karir , turnover intention, PT Kompas Gramedia Group of Radio.
