Abstract
This research is to know the effect of Service, Product Quality, and Price to Customer Satisfaction. The object of this research is Fast Food Restaurant Kemanggisan. This research was conducted on 140 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, analytical data analysis is in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price significantly influence on Customer Satisfaction at Kentucky Fried Chicken Fast Food Restaurant Kemanggisan, West Jakarta. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Restauran Cepat Saji di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 140 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, dan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Restauran Cepat Saji Kentucky Fried Chicken Kemanggisan, Jakarta Barat. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas produk, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan.
