Abstract
One of the indicators to see how well employees perform is by looking at the output generated by a company. Through output data, can see how the company's performance. Problems about employee performance in PT Primadian Mitra Sejati is indicated from employee attitude causing a lot of progress delay which makes the company image becomes not good. This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurred in PT. Primadian Mitra Sejati, so that this study aims to test and find whether there is influence of transformational leadership, employee engagement, and compensation for employee performance. The study population included 50 employees and by using the saturated sample method. Research data was collected by instrument in the form of questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results show that transformational leadership, employee engagement, and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Primadian Mitra Sejati. The results of inter-dimensional correlations show that changes in employee performance variables, especially on the dimension of quantity of work is greatly influenced by the transformational leadership variable with the dimension of cost effectiveness. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Employee Performance Salah satu indikator untuk melihat seberapa baik kinerja karyawan adalah dengan melihat dari output yang di hasilkan oleh sebuah perusahaan. Melalui data output, dapat di lihat bagaimana kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Permasalahan mengenai kinerja karyawan di PT Primadian Mitra Sejati diindikasi dari sikap karyawan yang menyebabkan banyak terjadinya progress delay yang membuat image perusahaan menjadi tidak baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi di PT. Primadian Mitra Sejati, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menemukan ada tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, employee engagement, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian meliputi 50 orang karyawan dan dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data penelitian dijaring dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, employee engagement, dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Primadian Mitra Sejati. Hasil korelasi antar dimensi menunjukkan bahwa perubahan variabel kinerja karyawan khususnya pada dimensi kuantitas kerja paling besar dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dengan dimensi inspirational motivation.
