Abstract
This study aims to measure the influence of leadership behavior, work motivation, work environment on employee performance at PT. Ravi Kemilau Garment Jakarta Barat. Type of quantitative research with survey method through the provision of questionnaires. Population of this research all labor of PT. Ravi Kemilau Garment West Jakarta, with the technique of sampling certain considerations (purposive sampling), and by using slovin formula determined 105 labor as a sample of research. Analyze data with multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study found that the leadership behaviour, work motivation, work environment tedapat positive and significant impact on employee performance PT.Ravi Kemilau Garment West Jakarta.It is suggested that leaders should carry out organizing and coordination to subordinates or employees on a regular basis, improve employee welfare, both morally and materially and improve the physical work environment well. Keywords: leadership behavior, work motivation, work environment, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh perilaku kepemimipinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ravi Kemilau Garment Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey melalui pemberian kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini seluruh tenaga kerja PT. Ravi Kemilau Garment Jakarta Barat, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel pertimbangan tertentu (purposive sampling), dan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin ditentukan 105 tenaga kerja sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisa data dengan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja tedapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Ravi Kemilau Garment Jakarta Barat. Disarankan pimpinan sebaiknya melaksanakan pengorganisasian dan koordinasi kepada bawahan atau karyawan secara teratur, meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan, baik secara moril dan materil serta memperbaiki lingkungan kerja secara fisik dengan baik. Kata Kunci: perilaku kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan.
