Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of quality of service, price and process to the buying decision on environmental laboratory at Unilab Perdana. This research is quantitative descriptive in nature. The population is the customer who has ever used the service of Environmental Laboratory Unilab Perdana and the samples size is 94. Data analysis techniques using multiple linier regression method and hypothesis testing using t-test at α = 0.05. The result of test describes that quality of service, price and process to the buying decision is significant effect both partially and simultaneously. Keywords: Quality of Service, Price, Process, Buying Decision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas jasa, harga dan proses terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa laboratorium lingkungan di Unilab Perdana. Sebagai populasi merupakan pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa Laboratorium Lingkungan Unilab Perdana dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 94. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan tes hipotesis menggunakan uji T dengan α = 0.05. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pengaruh kualitas jasa, harga dan proses adalah positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa baik secara partial maupun secara bersama-sama. Kata kunci : Kualitas jasa, harga, proses , keputusan pembelian
