Abstract
This research was to analyze the influence of leadership styles, motivation, discipline and work on a CV. Berkah Sumber Mas, Tangerang Banten. This research was conducted against the 57 respondents using a quantitative approach is associative. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the style of leadership positive effect against employee job satisfaction, motivation and positive to job satisfaction of employees. The discipline of work positive to job satisfaction of employees. Keywords: leadership styles, motivation, work discipline, employee job satisfaction Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja pada CV. Berkah Sumber Mas, Tangerang Banten. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 57 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja karyawan
