Abstract
This Research to knowing the influence of Brand Image, Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on Intention to Buy of Toko Gunung Agung Margo City. The problem of this case is the decline in Toko Gunung Agung Market Share for 5 years in a row. The Respondent in this research as much 200 sample by using quantity approach. SEM-PLS used for data analysis of this research. The result of this research shows that the Brand Image, Store Atmosphere, and Service Quality have been significantly influence on Intention to Buy of Toko Gunung Agung Margo City. Keyword : Brand Image, Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Intention to Buy Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Merek, Store Atsmophere dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Minat Beli Toko Gunung Agung Margo City. Permasalahan kasus ini adalah menurunnya market share Toko Gunung Agung selama kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir secara kontinyu. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 200 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Citra Merek, Store Atsmophere dan Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli di Toko Gunung Agung Margo City. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Store Atsmophere, Kualitas Layanan, Minat Beli
