Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource management practices with recruitment variables, performance appraisal, and compensation on job satisfaction at PT PGAS Solution and answer the management dilemma encountered that is the job satisfaction survey did not reach the target and the practice of MSDM that has not been maximized. The type of research used is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data of this study are taken based on questionnaires that have been distributed to 81 respondents with 71 respondents as sample. The sampling method used is nonprobability sampling. The analytical method used by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21 program. The results of this study prove that the results of the Simultaneous Statistics Test (Test F) Recruitment variables (X1), Performance Appraisal (X2), and Compensation (X3) are jointly stated to have a significant effect on the variable Job Satisfaction (Y). For the Partial Statistic Test (T test) only the Performance Appraisal (X2) and Compensation (X3) variables are partially stated to have significant influence on Job Satisfaction variable (Y), while the Recruitment (X1) variable is not influenced. Thus, the management of PT PGAS Solution is suggested to be able to take effective action to improve the condition, through attitude that can improve the Performance Appraisal considering that the variable has the most dominant role in influencing the Improvement of job satisfaction. Keywords: Human Resources Management Practices, Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan variabel rekrutmen, penilaian kinerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT PGAS Solution serta menjawab dilema manajemen yang dihadapi yaitu tidak tercapainya target survey kepuasan kerja pada karyawan dan praktik MSDM yang belum maksimal. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah disebar kepada 81 responden dengan jumlah sampel 71 responden. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa hasil Uji Statistik Simultan (Uji F) variabel Rekrutmen (X1), Penilaian Kinerja (X2), dan Kompensasi (X3) secara bersama-sama dinyatakan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Untuk hasil Uji Statistik Parsial (Uji t) hanya variabel Penilaian Kinerja (X2) dan Kompensasi (X3) yang secara parsial dinyatakan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y), sedangkan variabel Rekrutmen (X1) dinyatakan tidak memiliki pengaruh. Dengan demikian, Manajemen PT PGAS Solution disarankan agar dapat sesegera mungkin mengambil tindakan efektif guna memperbaiki kondisi yang terjadi, melalui sikap yang mampu meningkatkan Penilaian Kinerja mengingat variabel tersebut memiliki peran yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
