Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment together to the intention of turnover in PT TelkoMedika. Psychology scale is disseminated to 72 subjects of employees who work in the company of PT. TelkoMedika. This research uses measurement of job satisfaction scale, organizational commitment scale and turnover intention scale. The result of influence research shows that job satisfaction negatively affects turnover intention (β = -.195, p <.05). Organizational commitment has no negative but insignificant effect on turnover intentions (β = -.282, p> .05). Job satisfaction and organizational commitment together affect the turnover intention of 33.9% X1,2Y (R2 = .339, p <.05) in employees of PT. Telkomedika.. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama - sama terhadap intensi turnover di PT TelkoMedika. Skala psikologi disebarkan ke 72 subjek karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan PT. TelkoMedika. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur skala kepuasan kerja, skala komitmen organisasi dan skala intensi turnover Hasil penelitian pengaruh menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi turnover (β= -.195, p< .05). Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap intensi turnover (β= -.282, p> .05). Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover sebesar 33.9% X1,2Y (R2=.339, p<.05) di karyawan PT. Telkomedika.
