Abstract
ABSTRACT Government needs to pay attention to the role of public relations in social media as well as actively engaged in it. Public relations official account third KPK using social media to promote anti-corruption stance. The anti-corruption campaign is expected to be carried to the younger generations that are currently very active use of social media. This research done to discover and describe the role of publicist KPK on anti-corruption campaign program through social media KPK by using cornerstone role theory of public relations that exist in the book, Scott Cutlip and Broom that is an Effective Public Relations. This research uses descriptive research type. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in-depth interview to do with five speakers. The results of this research deals with the role of publicist KPK on anti-corruption campaign through social media, the role of expert prescriber ensure a content to be uploaded already complies with content planning and information within the content is true. The role of problem solving process fasilitator to address the problems in social media KPK as disinformation of the netizen. The role of communication fasilitator to convey the desire of the community for the KPK. And, also convey information about the KPK to society through social media KPK. The role of the communications technicians make content planning and providing technical service of communication in social media. It can be concluded the four roles of public relations public relations have run KPK. Researchers assess that the publicist was instrumental in the execution of this campaign. And, very impacting society in particular the younger generation, because it changes the behavior by following this campaign. Keyword : Role of Public Relations, Anti Corruption Campaign, Social Media ABSTRAK Humas pemerintah perlu memperhatikan peran media sosial serta terlibat secara aktif di dalamnya. Humas KPK menggunakan ketiga akun resmi social media untuk mengkampanyekan sikap anti korupsi. Diharapkan kampanye anti korupsi dapat tersampaikan untuk generasi muda yang saat ini sangat aktif menggunakan media sosial. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran humas KPK pada program kampanye anti korupsi melalui social media KPK dengan menggunakan landasan teori peran humas yang ada didalam buku Scott, Cutlip and Broom yaitu Effective Public Relations. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada lima narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran humas KPK pada kampanye anti korupsi melalui social media, Peran Penasehat ahli memastikan sebuah content yang akan di upload sudah sesuai dengan content planning dan informasi dalam content tersebut telah benar. Peran fasilitator proses pemecahan masalah mengatasi permasalahan dalam social media KPK seperti disinformasi dari netizen. Peran fasilitator komunikasi menyampaikan keinginan dari masyarakat untuk KPK. Dan, juga menyampaikan informasi mengenai KPK untuk masyarakat melalui social media KPK. Peran teknisi komunikasi membuat content planning dan menyediakan layanan teknis komunikasi di media sosial. Dapat disimpulkan keempat peran humas telah dijalankan Humas KPK. Peneliti menilai bahwa humas sangat berperan dalam pelaksanaan kampanye ini. Dan, sangat berdampak bagi masyarakat khususnya generasi muda, karena sudah adanya perubahan perilaku dengan mengikuti kampanye ini.
