Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the Domestic Role Exchange to find out the Feminism and Gender in the soap opera of the World Reversed. As for the background of research because Indonesia is the largest population in the world. In tradition to Timuran, especially Indonesia. Generally, the woman takes care of the household, the man who makes the money. But in gender discourse it is not distinguished by custom. Feminism as an ideology or a notion that states the equal rights between men and women. Equality of position between men and women in this understanding applies in every way. And the concept of gender becomes important because gender differences have given birth to a long history of social injustice in society even in government policy. The method used by the researcher is constructivist and critical theory. The object of research is the soap opera Reverse World researchers using semiotics analysis from Ferdinand De Saussure. To understand the meaning in the soap opera. From the results of analysis and discussion conducted by researchers, researchers can conclude that related traditional roles or feminists who fight for equal roles. Some of the research evidence shows that many men have realized that with today's living conditions, the balance of roles can be done. Based on some research results, not only women who perform a domestic role, but men also do. Some of these studies are conducted in Indonesia, using subjects that have a patriarchal culture. That means there is evidence that men already have an awareness of the domestic role. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan Pertukaran Peran Domestik untuk mengetahui sisi Feminisme dan Gender dalam sinetron Dunia Terbalik. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian karena Indonesia merupakan jumlah penduduk terbesar di dunia. Dalam tradisi ke Timuran, khususnya Indonesia. Umumnya, perempuan itu mengurus rumah tangga, laki-laki yang mencari uang. Tetapi dalam wacana gender itu tidak dibedakan berdasarkan kebiasaan. Feminisme sebagai ideologi atau sebuah paham yang menyatakan persamaan hak antara pria dengan wanita. Persamaan kedudukan antara pria dengan wanita dalam paham ini berlaku dalam segala hal. Dan konsep gender menjadi penting karena perbedaan gender telah melahirkan sejarah panjang ketidakadilan sosial dalam masyarakat bahkan dalam kebijakan pemerintah. Metode yang di gunakan oleh peneliti yakni konstruktivis dan teori kritis. Yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah sinetron Dunia Terbalik peneliti menggunakan analisis semiotika dari Ferdinand De Saussure. Untuk memahami makna dalam sinetron tersebut. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa terkait peran tradisional ataupun kaum feminis yang memperjuangkan kesamaan peran. Beberapa bukti penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah banyak laki-laki yang menyadari bahwa dengan kondisi kehidupan yang seperti sekarang ini, keseimbangan peran dapat dilakukan. Berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian, tidak hanya perempuan yang melakukan peran domestik, tetapi laki-laki juga melakukannya. Beberapa penelitian tersebut dilakukan di Indonesia, dengan menggunakan subjek yang memiliki budaya patriarki. Berarti telah ada bukti bahwa laki-laki sudah memiliki kesadaran tentang peran domestik
