Abstract
ABSTRACT Problems that occur in Ganesha Learning Guidance Tangerang City-Cengkareng is a leadership style that tend to authoritarian, increased work stress, decreased work motivation and low employee job satisfaction against some company policies. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, job stress and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. Quantitative research type, population of all permanent employees Ganesha Operation Tangerang City-Cengkareng, sampling technique Non Probability Sampling with purposive sampling, through slovin formula found 48 employees as respondents. Analysis of data with multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that leadership style have significant effect to job satisfaction, job stress have a significant effect to job satisfaction, work motivation have significant effect to job satisfaction, and leadership style, work stress, and work motivation influence to job satisfaction at Ganesha Learning Guidance Operation Tangerang Kota- Cengkareng. The research suggestions leaders must find the right leadership style in order to create employee job satisfaction, employees should respond positively to changes in the workload that occurs and companies need to create employee development programs. Key words : Leadership style, job stress, work motivation and job satisfaction ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang terjadi di Bimbingan Belajar Ganesha Operation Tangerang Kota-Cengkareng adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang cenderung otoriter, stres kerja yang meningkat, motivasi kerja yang menurun dan rendahnya kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap beberapa kebijakan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, populasi seluruh karyawan tetap Ganesha Operation Tangerang Kota-Cengkareng, teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan purposive sampling, melalui rumus slovin ditemukan 48 karyawan sebagai responden. Analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta gaya kepemimpinan, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja di Bimbingan Belajar Ganesha Operation Tangerang Kota-Cengkareng. Saran penelitian pemimpin harus menemukan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat agar terciptanya kepuasan kerja karyawan, karyawan hendaknya merespon positif perubahan beban kerja yang terjadi dan perusahaan perlu membuat program-program pengembangan karyawan.
