Abstract
The purpose of this study is aimed to determine the effect of Total Quality Management on employee performance at PT. Aplus Pacific. In this study the population is all employees selected using purposive sampling. The research data was obtained from a sample of 135 employee respondents selected using slovin technique. The analytical method used in testing the relationship between the Total Quality Management variables on employee performance is quantitative method with Cross Sectional design using SPSS version 22 program to know the effect of continuous improvement (X1), commitment management (X2), employee empowerment (X3) knowledge employee training (X4) with employee performance (Y). Based on statistical data analysis shows the indicators in this study valid and reliable. The results showed that the application of Total Quality Management variable continuous improvement, employee empowerment and increased employee insight have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Aplus Pacific while management commitment has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Aplus Pacific. Keywords: Commitment management, Continous improvement, Employee perfomance, Empowerment employee, Knowledge Employee training, Total quality management, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total quality management terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Aplus Pacific. Data penelitian diperoleh dari sampel 135 responden menggunakan rumus slovin yang dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan program SPSS versi 22 untuk mengetahui, pengaruh variabel perbaikan secara berkelanjutan (X1), komitmen manajemen (X2), pemberdayaan karyawan (X3), peningkatan wawasan karyawan (X4) dengan variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Berdasarkan analisis data statistik menunjukan hasil indikator dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan variabel perbaikan berkelanjutan, pemberdayaan karyawan dan peningkatan wawasan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Aplus Pacific sedangkan komitmen manajemen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Aplus Pacific.
