Abstract

PT. Avant Solusi Servispro is a company engaged in procurement of goods and services in IT. Currently PT. Avant Solutions Servispro does not have a systematic and structured complaint handling system or hepdesk resulting in duplicate complaint reports, unresponsive complaints reports, undocumented complaint reports that result in quality of service to customers. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to design an IT helpdesk application system that can provide solutions and an overview of the problems experienced by PT. Avant Servispro Solution. The method used in designing this application is SLDC (System Development Live Cyle) with prototype model and system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools like Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram. Keywords: Helpdesk, Application Design, SDLC, UML, Prototype PT. Avant Solusi Servispro ialah perusahaan yang bergerak di pengadaan barang dan jasa khususnya di bidang IT. Saat ini PT. Avant Solusi Servispro belum memiliki sebuah sistem penanganan keluhan atau hepdesk yang sistematis dan terstruktur sehingga mengakibatkan adanya laporan keluhan yang terduplikasi, laporan keluhan yang tidak terespon , laporan keluhan yang tidak terdokumentasi yang berakibat pada kualitas pelayanan kepada customer. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini ialah merancang sebuah sistem aplikasi IT helpdesk yang bisa memberikan solusi dan gambaran terhadap permasalahan yang dialami oleh PT. Avant Solusi Servispro. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi ini adalah SLDC ( Sistem Development Live Cyle ) dengan model prototype dan desain sistem menggunakan tools UML ( Unified Modeling Language ) seperti Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Class Diagram.
