Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Perceptions of Salary Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention of PT Telkom Akses employees. The population in this study were permanent employees, amounting to 60 employees. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the variable perception of salary satisfaction and organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT Telkom Akses. The results of this study indicate that the perception of salary satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and organizational commitment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention at PT Telkom Akses. Keywords : Perception of Salary Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Persepsi Kepuasan Gaji dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT Telkom Akses. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi kepuasan gaji dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Telkom Akses. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kepuasan gaji berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT Telkom Akses.
