Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of Job Insecurity, Job Stress and Role Conflict on Turnover Intention of PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai). The object of this research is Accounting employees who work at PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai). This study was conducted on 58 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The approach used in this study is the Variance Based Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the job insecurity variable has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, job stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, and role conflict has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Job Stress, Role Conflict, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Insecurity, Stres Kerja dan Konflik Peran terhadap Turnover Intention PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Accounting yang bekerja pada PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 58 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Variance Based Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel job insecurity berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan konflik peran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
