Abstract
This thesis aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and leadership style on employee performance at Kubo Restaurant. The population in this study were all employees of the Kubo Beef Restaurant, Benhil branch, totaling 40 employees. The sample used was 40 employees. The data collection method uses a survey method through questionnaires distributed to Kubo Restaurant employees. The collected data was analyzed using regression techniques to test the relationship between variables. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the factors that influence employee performance in the context of the restaurant industry. The research results show that work motivation and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while work discipline does not have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings provide guidance for management in increasing the effectiveness of motivation, work discipline and leadership style in the Kubo Restaurant work environment. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Restoran Kubo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua karyawan Restoran Kubo Beef cabang benhil sebanyak 40 karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah metode teknik jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan Restoran Kubo. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan panduan bagi manajemen dalam meningkatkan efektivitas motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan di lingkungan kerja Restoran Kubo.
