Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Socialization, Motivation, Technological Advancements, and Allowance on Investment Interest in the Capital Market (A Study on Generation Z in Tangerang City). The subjects of this study are Millennials in Tangerang City, both male and female, aged 17-35 years, who have attended capital market seminars or have previously engaged in investment transactions in the Capital Market. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on a sample of 150 respondents selected using Purposive Sampling. The analysis technique employed in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis on a multivariate model with multiple linear regression, as it uses SEM data. The results of this study indicate that (1) Socialization has a positive and significant effect on Investment Interest, (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Investment Interest, (3) Technological Advancements have a positive but not significant effect on Investment Interest, and (4) Allowance has a positive but not significant effect on Investment Interest. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sosialisasi, Motivasi, Kemajuan Teknologi, dan Uang Saku Terhadap Minat Investasi di Pasar Modal (Studi pada Generasi Z dan Milenial Kota Tangerang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z dan Milenial di Kota Tangerang baik pria maupun Wanita yang berusia 17-35 tahun yang sudah pernah mengikuti seminar pasar modal atau sudah pernah melakukan transaksi investasi di Pasar Modal setidaknya satu kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey pada sampel yang berjumlah 150 responden dengan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) pada model multivariat dengan regresi linear berganda, karena menggunakan data SEM. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sosialisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Investasi, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat investasi, (3) Kemajuan Teknologi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Investasi, (4) Uang Saku berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikasn terhadap Minat Investasi.
