Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of work environment, motivation and compensation on employee performance of Discovery Ancol Hotel. The subject of this research are all employees who work at Discovery Ancol Hotel. The population in this study were 60 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 60 employees of Discovery Ancol Hotel. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The conclusion of this study show that the variables of work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Discovery Ancol Hotel. Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Discovery Ancol. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Hotel Discovery Ancol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 60 karyawan Hotel Discovery Ancol. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Discovery Ancol.
