Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behavior is the attitude of employees who are willing to do work beyond their responsibilities in order to achieve the goals desired by the company. This study is to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Multi Kencana Niagatama. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Multi Kencana Niagatama. This research was conducted on 55 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Work motivation has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The author's suggestion for this research is that the company can reward employees who excel, the company can make layout changes to provide more focus to employees, and the company can hold leadership-themed activities in order to improve their abilities as a leader. Orgaznizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan sikap karyawan yang bersedia melakukan pekerajaan diluar tanggungjawabnya guna mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT Multi Kencana Niagatama. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Multi Kencana Niagatama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 55 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Saran penulis terakit penelitian ini adalah perusahaan dapat memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang beprestasi, perusahaan dapat melakukan perubahan tata letak untuk memberikan fokus lebih kepada karyawan, dan perusahaan dapat mengadakan kegiatan bertemakan kepemimpinan agar dapat neningkatkan kemampuan sebagai seorang leader.
