Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Two Young Friends. Quantitative research design using a saturated sample method of 57 employees. The data collection method uses a questionnaire instrument. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart - PLS analysis tool used as an analysis tool. Therefore, this research states that the work motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sahabat Dua Muda. Desain Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh sebanyak 57 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
