Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction at Sate Khas Senayan, Central Park Mall Branch, Jakarta. Research Design: using saturated samples with a total of 35 employees, the analysis was carried out quantitatively with a questionnaire collection method. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used as an analysis method and Smart - PLS was used as an analysis tool. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Sate Khas Senayan Cabang Central Park Mall Jakarta. Desain Penelitian: menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 35 karyawan, analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan kuesioner. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis dan Smart – PLS digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
