Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. The population of this research consists of 123 employees from the Ministry of Tourism, Strategic Policy Deputy Sector. The sample used includes 94 employees, calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling method employed is quantitative descriptive. Data collection was conducted through a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study demonstrates that work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 123 pegawai Kementrian Pariwisata Bidan Deputi Kebijakan Strategis. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 94 pegawai, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif . Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
