Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were 50 employees of Perum LKBN Antara. The sample used was 50 people with a saturated sample. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. This study aims to prove the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance partially and simultaneously. 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Perum LKBN Antara employees. (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Perum LKBN Antara employees. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Perum LKBN Antara employees. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang pegawai/karyawan Perum LKBN Antara. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 50 orang dengan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum LKBN Antara. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum LKBN Antara. (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum LKBN Antara.
