Abstract

In construction, there are many demands given by the owner/assignor or even the supervising consultant to the service provider/executing contractor, one of the demands given is that the work must be completed within the specified time period, which often becomes a problem that arises for contractors, namely Usually, the scope/extent of work is broad but the time line given is too short, but the work is interrelated. This is why the implementing contractor must organize time management carefully so that the planned work can be carried out according to schedule so that it does not become a bomberang on the contractor if the scheduled schedule is not realized according to plan. Therefore, time management is needed that is able to analyze work priorities and is also able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of time management processing in order to achieve maximum results with planned resources. In the case of this research, the case that occurred was a project that experienced delays, which occurred in the 6th week which experienced a delay of -1.13% up to the 10th week of -3.58% resulting in the contractor having to organize and analyze the work to speed up the work. . In this study, researchers want to conduct a job analysis to accelerate time management using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method. This research aims to analyze work that is included in the critical path, work that must be completed on time so as not to affect overall project completion and carry out analysis so that it can help control or prepare an accelerated schedule. Keywords: Time Management, CPM Method (Critical Path Method), Acceleration Dalam pembangunann konstruksi, terdapat banyak tuntutan yang diberikan oleh owner/pemberi tugas atau bahkan konsultan pengawas kepada penyedia jasa/kontraktor pelaksana, salah satu tuntutan yang di berikan yaitu pekerjaan harus selesai dengan kurun waktu yang ditentukan, yang sering menjadi permasalahan yang muncul pada kontraktor yaitu biasanya, scope/luasan pekerjaanya luas namun time line yang diberikan terlalu singkat, namun secara pekerjaan yang saling berkaitan. Hal ini yang membuat kontraktor pelaksana harus menyusun manajemen waktu dengan hati-hati supaya pekerjaan yang direncanakan dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan dijadwalkan supaya tidak jadi bomerang pada diri kontraktor dengan jadwal yang dijadwalkan tidak terealisasikan sesuai rencana. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu manajemen waktu yang mampu menganalisis prioritas pekerjaan dan juga mampu meningkatkan efesiensi dan efektifitas pengolahan manajemen waktu agar tercapai hasil yang maksimal dengan sumber daya yang direncanakan. Pada kasus penelitian ini kasus yang terjadi yaitu proyek yang mengalami keterlambatan, , yang terjadi pada minggu ke-6 yang mengalami keterlambatan sebesar -1.13% sampai dengan minggu ke-10 sebesar -3.58% mengakibatkan kontraktor harus melakukan penyusunan dan menganalisa pekerjaan untuk melakukan percepatan pekerjaan. Pada penelitian ini peneliti ingin melakukan analisis pekerjaan untuk percepatan manajemen waktu menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pekerjaan yang termasuk jalur kritis, pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan tepat waktu agar tidak mempengaruhi penyelesaian proyek secara keseluruhan dan melakukan analisa sehingga dapat membantu mengontrol atau penyusunan jadwal percepatan.
