Abstract
In the face of increasingly fierce mining business competition, it is necessary to have proper management management not to abandon its idiil aspect, not only through the application of the concept of improving the quality of human resources, each individual must be able to see the vision and mission which is then supported by the preparation of the right strategy so as to create sustainability for PT Trimitra Sinergi Sakti Jakarta. This study aims to test and analyse the effect of Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Organizational Performance at PT Trimitra Sinergi Sakti Jakarta. The population in this study were 42 employees of PT Trimitra Sinergi Sakti Jakarta. The sampling technique used is total sampling / saturated sampling. This research uses an exploratory approach with structural equation modelling data analysis techniques with SmartPLS software, which was tested on 42 respondents. The research findings indicate that organizational learning has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, and organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on organizational performance.. Kata kunci : Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Performance Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis pertambangan yang semakin ketat, diperlukan adanya pengelolaan manajemen yang layak untuk tidak meningggalkan aspek idiilnya, tidak hanya melalui penerapan konsep peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, setiap individu harus mampu melihat visi dan misi yang kemudian ditunjang dengan penyusunan strategi yang tepat sehingga mampu menciptakan keberlanjutan bagi Pada PT Trimitra Sinergi Sakti Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Terhadap Organizational Performance Pada PT Trimitra Sinergi Sakti Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 orang karyawan PT Trimitra Sinergi Sakti Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling/sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksploratif dengan teknik analisis data structural equation modeling dengan software SmartPLS, yang diujicobakan kepada 42 responden. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa Organizational learning berpengaruh positifsignifikan terhadap organizationalperformance, Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational performance, Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational performance Kata kunci : Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Performance.
