Abstract
In a dynamic business era, companies, including PD X in the trade/distribution of the fisheries sector, need to understand the factors that affect employee loyalty in order to face global and technological challenges. This study aims to identify these factors by focusing on workload, work environment comfort, and employee loyalty in PD X. Employee turnover data from 2020-2022 shows trends that need to be understood, especially in the context of dynamic changes in the business environment. An effective human resource management strategy can help PD X in dealing with these dynamic changes. Through multiple linear regression analysis, this study aims to answer questions related to workload levels, the effect of work environment comfort on employee perceptions of the company, employee loyalty levels, and the relationship between the three. The results showed that the level of workload and the comfort of the work environment had a significant positive effect both partially and simultaneously on employee loyalty. Based on these results, the company can increase employee loyalty by conducting regular evaluations related to workload, improving work environment conditions, and procuring reward programs for employees. Dalam era bisnis yang dinamis, perusahaan, termasuk PD X dalam perdagangan/distribusi sektor perikanan, perlu memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan guna menghadapi tantangan global dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor tersebut dengan berfokus pada beban kerja, kenyamanan lingkungan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan di PD X. Data turnover karyawan dari tahun 2020-2022 menunjukkan tren yang perlu dipahami, terutama dalam konteks perubahan dinamis di lingkungan bisnis. Strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dapat membantu PD X dalam menghadapi perubahan yang dinamis tersebut. Melalui analisis regresi linear berganda, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait tingkat beban kerja, pengaruh kenyamanan lingkungan kerja terhadap persepsi karyawan terhadap perusahaan, tingkat loyalitas karyawan, dan hubungan antara ketiganya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat beban kerja dan kenyamanan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan dengan mengadakan evaluasi rutin terkait beban kerja, peningkatan kondisi lingkungan kerja, dan pengadaan program penghargaan bagi karyawan.
