Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of compensation, commitment and work discipline on the job satisfaction through work motivation as an mediation variable of employee PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk. The subject of this research are employees who work at PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk. The population in this study were 1.700 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a slovin formula technique with a total of 324 all employees of PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia. The method analysis data used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of compensation have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, commitment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation as mediation is able to influence compensation towards job satisfaction, work motivation as mediation is able to influence commitment towards job satisfaction and work motivation as mediation is able to influence work discipline towards job satisfaction of PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia. Keywords: Compensation, Commitment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Satsfaction Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, komitmen dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.700 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik rumus slovin dengan sampel 324 karyawan PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja sebagai mediasi mampu mempengaruhi kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja sebagai mediasi mampu mempengaruhi komitmen terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja sebagai mediasi mampu mempengaruhi disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT.
