Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of competency, workforce agility, and locus of control on employee performance at PT Taspen Head Office. The population in this study were 38 employees of PT Taspen Head Office. The sample used was all employees of the corporate secretary unit of PT Taspen Head Office, totaling 38 employees. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Smart PLS 3. This research proves that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workforce Agility has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Workforce Agility, Locus Of Control, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, workforce agility, dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Taspen Kantor Pusat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 karyawan PT Taspen Kantor Pusat. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyaawan unit corporate secretary PT Taspen Kantor Pusat yang berjumlah 38 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS 3. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Workforce Agility berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Locus of Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Workforce Agility, Locus Of Control, Kinerja Karyawan
