Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work facilities, work stress, and work experience on employees at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. This research was conducted at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. The research objects were all marketing employees at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. This research was conducted on 40 permanent employees using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample size was determined using a saturated sample so that all members of the population were sampled as many as 40 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this research show that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on work performance. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Keywords: Work Facilities, Work Stress and Work Experience, and Work Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja, stress kerja, dan pengalaman kerja pada karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan marketing Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 40 karyawan tetap dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Statistical Package for the Social Scinces (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Kata Kunci : Fasilitas Kerja, Stress Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja, dan Prestasi Kerja
