Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh self awareness terhadap prestasi kerja pada karyawan PT. Ocean asia industry. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuisioner. Sample pada peneitian ini sebanyak 227 subjek karyawan PT. Ocean asia industry, dengan data yang terkumpul sebanyak 219 karyawan. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara self awareness dengan Prestasi kerja pada karyawan PT. Ocean asia industry sebesar 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05). Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa karyawan PT. Ocean asia industry memiliki tingkat kesadaran diri atau Self Awareness yang cukup tinggi sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan PT. Ocean asia industry.The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self awareness to work performance of employee PT. Ocean asia industry. The research approaches used are quantitative approachwith questionare method. The sample on this study are 227 employees of PT. Ocean asia industry, with data collectedas many 219 employees. The result of all hypothesis testing showed that there is significant influence between self awareness on work performance with sig. 0,001 (0,001 < 0,05). Hence, the result of the research concludes has a high self awareness level that affects the work performance of employees PT. Ocean asia industry.
