Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work environment, and workload on employee loyalty at PT. Idea Publica Group is based on how much influence the three main variables above have on employee loyalty. The population and sample in this study were 70 employees of PT. Idea Publica Group. This research was carried out using the causal analysis method with a measurement scale using the Likert method from several required samples, and analyzed using the regression linier methods. The results of this study concluded that the t test results were indicating that Job Satisfaction has a negative influence on Employee Loyalty, Work Environment has a negative influence on Employee Loyalty and Workload has a significant positive influence on PT Employee Loyalty. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Workload, Employee Loyalty Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Idea Publika Grup didasarkan pada seberapa besar pengaruh dari tiga variabel pokok diatas terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah adalah 70 orang karyawan PT. Idea Publika Grup. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis kausal dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan metode likert dari beberapa sampel yang dibutuhkan, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan, variabel Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan dan Beban Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan PT.
